This information can include your e-mail address, name, address, telephone number, and credit card number, as applicable. Neo•Paradigms also may ask for non-personal information or demographic information.

Use of your Personal Information

Neo•Paradigms and our NeoParadigms Enterprises affiliates and service partners use your personal information to operate the Neo•Paradigms sites and to provide the NeoParadigms Enterprises services you have requested. The information may also be used to communicate with you regarding your Neo•Paradigms accounts by sending out periodic newsletters that are considered essential to the operation of the service. For example: (a) if you are using Internet-SEO, a completed search engine application which includes the personal information you submitted, may, per your request, be forwarded to a particular search engine or directory. We use your e-mail address as your service username. We chose this since this ensures that everyone has a unique username and the username is easy to remember. Use of Cookies

To make it easy and convenient for you to login to our services, the Neo•Paradigms site may require you to enable cookies to utilize our services. Because we may use cookies, you will be able to bookmark your Neo•Paradigms start page and access your account without logging in.

A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same Neo•Paradigms Web site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you will not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Neo•Paradigms Web site and on other Microsoft Web sites or other web sites you visit.

Use of Privacy Statements by NeoParadigms Partners and Affiliates

While NeoParadigms supports other web site operators using Neo•Paradigms services complying with these principles, you should carefully examine the privacy statements of sites linking to or from Neo•Paradigms. Personal information that you choose to provide to other web sites will be subject to the privacy policies of that specific web site.

Use of Third Party Ad Networks

NeoParadigms Enterprises Web Sites do not currently employ third party advertisements. This practice continues to come under review. Should the NeoParadigms Enterprises elect to employ third party banner ads the following paragraph will become pertinent.

The majority of the online banner advertisements you see on the NeoParadigms Web sites are displayed by NeoParadigms. In addition, NeoParadigms also allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to display advertisements on NeoParadigms Web sites. To do this, ad networks place a persistent cookie on your computer. Doing this allows the ad network to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad networks may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. Neo•Paradigms does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third-party ad servers or ad networks.

NeoParadigms may maintain relationships with a number of the third-party ad networks. If you want to prevent one of these third-party companies from sending and reading cookies on your computer, you will need to either set your browser to decline third party cookies or visit each ad network's web site individually or request that you be removed from its system.

Use of Web Beacons

Neo•Paradigms pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons, sometimes called single-pixel gifs that allow NeoParadigms to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. NeoParadigms may include web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or NeoParadigms Newsletters in order to count how many messages have been opened and acted upon. Web beacons are not used to access your personally identifiable information on the NeoParadigms Enterprises of sites and services; they are a technique we use to compile aggregated statistics about NeoParadigms Web site usage.

Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the Web beacon resides. NeoParadigms Web pages may also contain Web beacons placed there by our advertising partners to help NeoParadigms determine the effectiveness of our Internet advertising campaigns.

NeoParadigms will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to reflect company and customer feedback. When NeoParadigms posts changes to this Statement, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Privacy Statement. If there are material changes to this Statement, NeoParadigms will notify you by placing prominent notice on the Web site.
